Not knowing the term in this context seems common though. __ http://derickrethans.nl/seven_things_tagged_by_rob_allen.php So now it is time to tell seven things about me: - I love playing and training Badminton in / for a local sports league. - I still get mails from people who want to use Image_3D__ for serious. Either in web shops for "live" rendering of shop items in different colors, or other variants. - Implementing parsers for markup like `ReStructured texts`__ - which is not possible to describe by either a regular or context sensitive grammar - for the eZ Conponents document components was great fun and pain at the same time. :) - In my free time I currently mainly develop arbit__ - a future replacement for trac and similar tools. - I am especially looking forward to the `PHP Unconference`__ this year, which hopefully will take place again in Hamburg. - I love cooking, eating and drinking - gladly I do sports two to three times a week to compensate that. - I am a (sadly currently inactive) member of the german pirate party. __ http://pear.php.net/package/Image_3D __ http://docutils.sourceforge.net/rst.html __ http://arbitracker.org/news.html __ http://www.php-unconference.de/ So, let me split the baton I got from Derick__ in seven pieces and pass it on: - Toby__, who convinced me years ago to speak at conferences and try to contribute Image_3D to PEAR - which surprisingly worked. - Mapi__, who joined our the PHP user group Dortmund about two years ago and was a perfect match. - Tobi__, who sadly had to left our user group, because he moved to Hamburg, has been a bit quite in his open source activity recently, but hopefully gets a bit more active. - Arne__, my brother - a constant source of inspiration, when it comes to topics only slightly related to computer science, like philosophy or electrical engineering, or especially robotics. - Dominik__, a new face in the PHP open source scene, mostly doing model driven development at SAP. - Johannes__, I always have a really nice chat with, when we meet at conferences, or when he guides me through Munich. Again - thanks for those two days. :) - Jakob__, who also tends to have weired ideas, like developing a LUA environment to be PHP for really small embedded systems, like DBoxes. So let "tagging" continue - even though `tagging is broken`__. :) __ http://derickrethans.nl/ __ http://schlitt.info/opensource.html __ http://manuel-pichler.de/ __ http://blog.struckmeier.name/ __ http://arne-nordmann.de/ __ http://blog.webfrapdev.de/ __ http://schlueters.de/blog/ __ http://westhoffswelt.de/blog.html __ http://kore-nordmann.de/blog/tagging_broken_by_design.html Quoting the rules: - Link your original tagger(s), and list these rules on your blog. - Share seven facts about yourself in the post - some random, some wierd. - Tag seven people at the end of your post by leaving their names and the links to their blogs. - Let them know they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blogs and/or Twitter.
