I will graduate in 2010 with a degree in computer science (University). During my studies I worked as a developer and software architect for eZ Systems, the vendor of the leading open source Enterprise content management system. Beside that, I managed and manage different open source projects. Some of them can be found on the projects page and on Ohloh or github.
During the last years I presented on national and international conferences and published several articles and books. A list of publications and presentations can be found in my portfolio. In 2010 I founded the Qafoo GmbH (i. Gr.) - passion for software quality together with Tobias Schlitt and Manuel Pichler, in which we provide Consulting & Training aiming for better software quality.
Besides programming with PHP and other languages, studying and working, I am actively playing badminton and played in a local league for quite some time. I am member of the German pirate party and Attac, even I can't support them actively at the moment. I hope to find some more time for them in the near future.
